How can I get internet on my Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330?
I just received yesterday and there is no icon of the globe, as Manuel says. I have the BlackBerry data plan all that was necessary for me to upgrade. It also says there should be an icon of Sprint TV in the entertainment option, but there is nothing there. Help.
first try removing the battery for 30 seconds. then put the battery and allow the BB to reboot. If Internet icon is not there, then you do not have your service books to bring up your homepage with all the icons> Options> Advanced> host routing table> menu button> register now> OK, then wait a bit, this is going to register your device on the network, send service books (books of service is a type of program that lets you use the data on the BB. books have different service for different data characteristics. ie e-mail account) if the Internet icon does not apear ofter register the device, try Unhiding Menu, click the icons to bring all the icons uo> new menu> show all / show> to highlight the icons are hidden> Menu> Show / checkbox. If you have not has its Internett icon, then right now you can contact your service provider support. if you go to make sure that calling from a line different, and if you are the owner of the acount have acount holder of this verrify account.
