Recommendations for an integrated GPS in the right camera of a PDA phone running.?

There are currently no GPS PDA w / a 3 megapixel camera. Your best bet is HP IPAQ 6515, (w pda gps / 1.3 Megapixel, SDIO Wi-Fi capable) Nokia comes with a camera gps pda 5Mpix, but not during some time, and will be costly. Check for more options gsmarena.com
