Problem with LG R200 Dual Screen Laptop?

Auxilery has a screen (double) which has windows slideshow on it to allow access to computer information laptop without turning the laptop. Unfortunately, recently stopped showing Windows SideShow, but has begun to show some firmware settings. I tried to go through the settings to see if I could get windows showing show again.
