Is there a player (not a video camera) to play mini DV tapes?
this player is not like the old VHS player miniDV, but it's worth a fortune. Here is a DVD recorder that has a bridge and miniDV and costs a fortune too. Better go to the video camera or downloaded videos on a CD, you can use the tape again to film more. whatever you choose is less expensive to get miniDV player or a DVD recorder with miniDV deck.
