I’ve been doing some Halloween costume browsing online and in the stores and I’ve seen a lot of “sexy” Halloween costumes. The ones with really short skirts, thigh high socks, and 4-5″ high heels.
Do you think they’re really sexy, more cutesy, overdone, trashy, or other?

First, it’s a costume, not daily clothing. Second, if it is on a woman who is over the age of consent, yes it’s sexy. Third, it’s really not going to stay on that long, now is it?
